West Ham United are reportedly preparing for a significant summer overhaul, with four key players expected to leave the club. Among them is Moroccan defender Nayef Aguerd, who has drawn interest from Bayer Leverkusen, now managed by Erik ten Hag. The Hammers are open to selling Aguerd but are holding out for a £25 million fee.

Meanwhile, Mohammed Kudus could also be on the move, with Chelsea exploring a potential swap deal involving goalkeeper Robert Sánchez. Kudus, who has attracted interest from Saudi clubs, is valued at around £70 million, nearly double what West Ham paid Ajax in 2023.

Other expected departures include midfielders Guido Rodríguez and Edson Álvarez, as manager Graham Potter looks to reshape the squad amid financial constraints. Long-serving duo Vladimir Coufal and Aaron Cresswell have already exited on free transfers, and uncertainty remains around Lucas Paquetá, who is facing FA charges.

With West Ham aiming to balance the books and rebuild strategically, the coming weeks could see a flurry of activity, including creative deals like the proposed Kudus-Sánchez swap.
